Dave has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and corporate cash management.

Dave was the co-founder, director and executive officer of Virtual Purchase Connection, a B-2-B technology company that resolved the fundamental issue slowing the growth of B2B e-commerce - the spontaneous, electronic payment for goods and services between business buyers and online merchants B2B electronic purchasing solution. Prior to Virtual Purchase Connection, Dave was co-founder and President of Global Payment Advisors, Inc., a consulting firm advising on cash management, electronic commerce, payments and new product development as well as risk management services.

Immediately previous to co-founding Global Payment Advisors, Dave served as Vice President for Cash Management at Fidelity Investments. Before joining Fidelity Investments, he headed Wells Fargo Bank,s Wholesale Product Development Division. For 14 years, he directed the implementation of numerous wholesale cash management products, including the "sweep" account. Additionally, he was Wells Fargo,s National Sales Manager for Cash Management Services for 7 years focusing on key corporate accounts.

Dave is the past chairman of the Cal-Western Automated Clearinghouse Association and a past board member at the Electronic Check Clearinghouse Association.

Dave earned a BA in Economics and Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters Degree in Management from the American Graduate School of International Management, Glendale, Arizona.
